Abbey Machinery will be exhibiting at this year's National Ploughing at Stand Number 276,
Abbey Machinery are excited to be showcasing new machines, technology options and upgrades to our existing range at the National Ploughing this September. The Abbey Diet Feeder with NIR sensor will also be featured as a finalist in the Enterprise Ireland Innovation Arena.
In our Slurry Tanker range Abbey have added several exciting extras complete as standard on both our Recess and Tandem tanker lines. Abbey will be showcasing our 4000 Recessed Tandem fully outfitted with optional extras and complete with our 10.7m premium plus trailing shoe system. Also on the stand will be our 3000 Recessed Premium Plus tank with our premium model Trailing Shoe system complete with hydraulic mast. The Abbey 2000 Recessed Premium Plus tank with a 7.7m Band Spreader and a 2500 recessed tank with our new 7.7m Agri Pro will complete the range on display.
As part of Abbey’s Low Emission Slurry Applicator range Abbey will be showing the new Agri Pro 7.7m Trailing Shoe. The new 7.7m Agri Pro Trailing Shoe provides soil engagement with an enhanced contour following and includes a 30-hole distributor, stone trap system, 40mm hose and 5” distribution pipe. The Agri Pro provides precise application and flotation system on hilly or uneven ground keeping downward force on the shoes and includes a self-levelling boom that adjust to the ground. The Agri Pro gives the operator the option of filing from directly behind the applicator into the tank. The Agri Pro is complete with mounting brackets between the tank and applicator sufficiently mounting onto the tank via a linkage system.
Abbey Plus Range Diet Feeders also have several new upgrades to the line as standard, including 22mm auger, 2810 clock, fully galvanised viewing platform, new style feed out arm, rounded mudguards, wider tray for minimum spillage and door wedges for an even feed out. On the stand Abbey will be showing models for all size farms including a VF1250, VF1500, VF2100, VF2450 and VF2850 on our stand.
An Abbey Diet Feeder with NIR feed sensor, for real time analysis of quality and homogeneity of mix, will be featured in Enterprise Ireland’s Innovation Arena. With growing trends in precision farming Abbey Machinery offers a range of technology options for Tankers and Diet Feeders. Tanker technology options include NIR Live Sensing technology, ISOBUS solutions, GPS mapping, Multi-Stage Rapid Filing Arm, and Flow Meter controls to support the farmer in getting the most out of their nutrient dense slurry. Diet Feeder technology available includes NIR sensor, weighing system clocks, feeding apps and ingredient tracking.
To fully present the Abbey Total Cow range, Tornado 4000 & 5000 pumps and umbilical arm attachment will be on display along with Maxi Float Grassland Toppers and Fertiliser Pendular Spreaders. On the day Abbey will have a full range of merchandise and special offers available to customers.
